How is Conditioned Aire different than other HVAC Companies?

We pride ourselves in giving honest, no BS assessments of customer's equipment and give customers a straightforward fair price estimate for repairs

Does your company provide free system estimates?

Yes, we do. Feel free to contact our office to arrange for a FREE system replacement estimate.

Do you offer financing?

We understand meeting the budget can be challenging. We offer financing through Service Finance or Synchrony. Each have their own different plan choice. With Service Finance, the most popular plan is the 0% interest for 60 months and with Synchrony it is the 0% interest for 25 months. Each require equal monthly payments.

What size A/C and heating units do I need?

The answer varies. There are many factors to consider including the type of property, it's size, type of insulation, attic space it has. Too many of a system will result in a system that runs constantly to keep up with demand and will drive up your energy bill. Too large of a system can result in a home that's is humid prone causing problems with moisture and mold.

How often should I have my unit serviced?

Just like it's owners who need annual physicals, heating and cooling units require scheduled check-ups to make sure all is functioning properly avoid bigger problems down the line. Annual inspections are highly recommended. Conditioned Aire offers Preventative Maintenance Agreement Plans to keep your system in tip top shape. We check the air conditioning units during the spring and summer months and the heater during the fall and winter months. Click below for further info

Do you service all types of heating and air conditioning systems?

Yes, we service central packaged units and central split systems. We service all major brands of heating and air conditioning systems.

What about air filtration systems?

We have expertise with air filtration systems and can install Lennox PureAir Air Purification Systems, Healthy Climate air cleaners and AirScrubber Plus UV systems.

Can I use a Nest thermostat on a communicating Lennox AC?

It is NOT advisable to do so. If you use anything other than a matching communicating thermostat (i.e. Lennox Thermostats), you will reduce the efficiency of your quality Lennox Air Conditioning System to a basic model therefore increasing your energy usage in the long run. An analogy would be similar to using a 3rd class coach to train a world class olympian.

What are the recommended frequency of air filter change?

A good rule of thumb is once a month. What determines the frequency is dependent on where you live, how much dirt, pet dander, or environmental contaminants are present in your area. You can visually inspect your air filter monthly and change them out if they appear dirty. Check out our online shop here to order air filters.

What is a zoning system?

A zoning system is one central HVAC system connected to multiple thermostats to isolate and control different areas of the home.

What are mini-split systems and do you install them?

Mini-splits consists of an outdoor condensing unit that uses two refrigerant lines to connect as many as eight indoor units providing better, more customizable cooling requirements. Our certified install technicians routinely install Lennox & Mitsubishi mini-split systems. We install wall-mount (ductless/ducted) and floor-mount type air handlers.

What equipment brands does your company install

While we are an independent Lennox Premier Dealer and install Lennox systems, we also install Day & Night as well as Mitsubishi systems, Goodman, Ruud and other major brands. We'll help you find the system that best matches your needs and budget.
