SCOPE OF WORK
Two 5-Ton Lennox Systems, 2 furnaces:
- Disconnect from existing location (2) furnaces and dispose of evaporative coils and condensers.
- Installed in existing upstairs attic location, new 5-ton Lennox SL80UH100NV60C furnace
- Installed in existing location downstair basement, new 5-ton Lennox SL297U080NV60C (97% efficiency)
- Installed in existing side-yard location, 2 new, 5-ton R-410A Lennox EL17XC1-060-230 condensers
- Adapted new units to existing refrigerant lines, condensate, and electrical
- Installed in existing locations 2 new matching R-410A evaporator coils for better efficiency
- Installed 2 new safety overflow switches on condensation to prevent water leaks
- Installed 2 new Healthy Climate Filter racks with MERV 11 filters for better indoor air quality
- Installed dampers and adjusted ductwork as needed to balance airflow
- Installed 2 new thermostats for better indoor air temperature control
- Start-up new systems and adjusted for proper operation
